Austerity is over, and Jeremy Corbyn is in power – local government spending has increased, and Councils now longer need to cut services. But what now?

This session is for those who want to discuss and develop ideas for local government not under austerity, but under a socialist Labour Government. What would the first 5 years of a socialist local government look like? What would be the challenges they face?
