In spite of the stasis of Brexit, education has remained top of the political agenda because of the grassroots struggles of education activists in the UK and globally. In this session we'll hear from those leading inspiring campaigns from the frontlines, fighting and winning.

Speakers

James Kerr is a teacher and an activist with the National Education Union (NEU)

Zahra Bei is a former PRU Teacher and Co-founder of No More Exclusions, a grassroots coalition movement focused on racial disparities in school exclusion, working for quality inclusive education for all.

Kevin Courtney is joint-General Secretary of National Education Union.
