UK weapons are being used in brutal occupation and the repression of civilian populations in Palestine, Yemen and beyond. UK policy, if properly applied, should prohibit arms exports to regimes like Israel and Saudi Arabia, who use the weapons to commit war crimes. Yet a lack of political will and scrutiny has allowed UK companies to continue these deadly deals for too long. This session will provide insight from activists on the campaigns to end the UK’s complicity in violations of international law around the world.
