Abolition Chill and Chat is a space for anyone who is interested in safe and healthy communities without police and prisons, or is involved in abolitionist work and organising. In this welcoming and judgement free environment, we’ll come together to debrief and get to know each other better. In a world where we are told what to think, want, need and do, we believe that it’s important to make space for dialogue and listening, whilst also being intentional about building community spaces which prioritise rest, care, dreaming and a good old natter! Come join us for a cup of something hot and friendly faces.
Northern Police Monitoring Project (NPMP) is an independent abolitionist police monitoring group based in Greater Manchester.
Zara Manoehoetoe is community organiser and youth worker based in Manchester. Her work and organising is grounded in abolitionist, Black radical feminist and liberatory values.
