101 years after the partition of Ireland, Brexit has thrown the border and the ‘Irish question’ back to the centre of political debate in Ireland and Britain. This session will provide an overview of the relationship between the two countries with a focus on the role of the state and the British left.

Speakers

Médb is a researcher, activist and musician with an interest in the Irish diaspora, immigration and identity.

Stiofán is a trade union activist, teacher and Gaeilgeoir with a background in the peace process, conflict intervention and political education.
